The Coop offers two- and three-bedroom apartment layouts in Louisville’s Prospect neighborhood. Availability varies by floor plan and move-in date.

Current floor plans range from approximately 1,210 to 1,517 square feet. The two-bedrooms are between 1,212-1,517 square feet. The three-bedrooms are 1,412 square feet

Yes. The Coop allows cats and dogs under the current pet policy. Pet fees, monthly pet rent, weight limits, breed restrictions, and animal limits should be confirmed with the leasing team.

Apartments at The Coop include in-unit washer/dryer at no additional cost. Prospects should confirm availability by floor plan and individual apartment.

Standard lease agreements at the Coop are 12-months. Short-term lease options may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. We are partnered with Cort Furniture for any furnished apartments and the onsite team can assist with coordination.

The Coop is in the Prospect area of Louisville. We’re situated very close to Captain’s Quarters, Hunting Creek Country Club and Harrods Landing Yacht Club. We’re less than 5 miles to Harrods Creek Park
